Sunday, September 25, 2005, 8AM, Wild Juniper Berry VI, Adventure Race somewhere near Bend
Start/Finish will be announced one week before the race. The Wild Juniper Berry VI is another special informal event we’ve devised just for BARK members (teams of two or more). This adventure race will take 6-8 hours and the course will include…~25 miles of biking (about half of it on single track), ~5 miles of trekking/running/scrambling, a short, easy, roped rock climbing section (we'll only require one person on each team to do the climb), a bit of orienteering, tests of teamwork, mental acuity, and creativity, interesting plot twists and a tower. The WJB is free for BARK members ($5 donation suggested). Bend Adventure Racing Klub.
